This is the show that was on the Weekly Update on Fuel TV. It reached 26 million households in the Fuel TV of USA. Additionally, it reached 80-million households on Fox Sports Net. These numbers do not include international programming. 4 minute segment was on air on Fox Sports Net 2 times and then continued airing on FUEL TV for a week (28 times).

SS08 webcast was nominated for the IWA award

Simpel Session 08 webcast was nominated for the "Best Large Live Webcast" Award at the International Webcasting Accociation (IWA). The other nominee was MTV Europe Music Awards. More here.
Last year we broadcasted the webcast via Freecaster. This year we did it via Mpora and had nearly 180.000 viewers worldwide. That's again Mporas record by far. One of the other amazing thing was how long people watched by average: 42 minutes. This is is massive (the universally recognised average on a sports live stream is 12 minutes).
The player was seeded out to over 156 sites (Fat BMX, Transworld, Tacky,
Nolla being the highest external sites besides Session.ee and Mpora.tv), ensuring worldwide coverage of the event.
